Beautiful Changes From 1st 10 Minutes of Listening
I can't even begin to explain the change I've seen in my husband after starting the Haven Sessions with the SSP. He's only on hour 2 and his stress level and our communication has greatly improved, honestly since his first 10 minute session. Thank you.
I will never use another bug repellant again! No bug bites, no stickiness (I actually loved how it made my skin feel) and it smells great! I really do think it boosted my mood, like was mentioned, too. I'm a lifer.
